Return & Refund

Return Policy:

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date you receive your item. If the return is not due to product damage, transportation issues, or defects, the return shipping cost may be your responsibility.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase when initiating a return.

Upon acceptance of your return, we'll provide instructions for sending the package. Items sent without prior return request won't be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it. If you find any defects, damages, or if you've received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions to Returns:

Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items, cannot be returned. Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:

For a faster exchange process, return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a justification. The same eligibility criteria apply.

Refund Process:

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded within 10 business days through your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
