Several of the flowers I received are flattened, what do I do?
If you don’t have a steamer at hand, please try to recover their shape by softly kneading the petals and placing them in cool and dry places for 1~3 days.
When will I receive my order?
Order processing takes 2-5 business days Monday-Friday. Once an order has shipped, an email will be sent with tracking information. Typically, it takes from 2-4 weeks to deliver depending on your location, 90% of our orders were delivered in 2 weeks.
Most of the packages are shipped from our China and Japan warehouses, the items you buy really need to cross seven seas to reach you, please be patient, Thank you.
How much is shipping cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $55.
Any orders under $55 will have a small flat-rate shipping fee of $6.55.

How to clean artificial flowers?

How long will the flowers last?
If kept properly, our flowers can last for a lifetime! Please be sure to keep them in a ventilated space, away from long-term direct heat or humidity.
