1.Processing Time
In most circumstances we will be able to ship out orders within 2-4 business days.

 

2.Shipping Times
Standard Shipping: 7-35 business days.

Packages are often delivered earlier, within 14 days, though delays do occur occasionally due to high-volume periods.

We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but delivery times vary depending on the courier. Once a package enters the delivery system, we cannot estimate transit times exactly as the final delivery date is determined by the shipping carrier.

We understand the anticipation of receiving an order and will work with carriers and customers to ensure delivery in a prompt yet reasonable time frame.

Most of our products originate from warehouses in China and Japan and travel a long way to reach customers. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding delivery timesframes.

Import duties and taxes for international shipments will be pre-paid, without any additional fees to be paid by customer upon arrival in destination country.

5.Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

6.Insurance
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

6.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
